Shipping

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping cost is $8.90 for Wellington. $9.99 for the rest of the North Island and $13.99 for the South Island. Our products are cold-packed and insulated to ensure they remain stable and fresh during their overnight transit. That means we pay a little more for packaging and delivery than other companies, but it's definitely worth it. We're committed to keeping our shipping costs as low as possible. 

When will I receive my order? 
Orders are dispatched on a Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's, with overnight delivery. 

Can I track my order? 
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Delivery is via NZ Post.

Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes! If you have a special delivery date in mind, just pop it in the "special order instructions" box at checkout and we'll hold onto your RG order until you're ready for it. Please just bear in mind that orders are dispatched on Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's, with overnight delivery. 

Do you deliver to rural addresses?
Sorry, but we don't deliver to rural addresses due to the time constraints of delivering perishable items. Could you deliver to a friend or family member's address instead? If you can trust them not eat them all that is!

Can I send some Raw Goodness as a gift?
Absolutely! Just let us know in the "special order instructions" at checkout that your order is being sent as a gift. We'll send it on the delivery date that you specify and if you'd like to include a message, we'll pop it on a handwritten note for you.

Storage

How long will my Raw Goodness keep?
Our products keep perfectly in the fridge for the up to 7 days. If you want to keep them longer than that, we recommend popping them in your freezer where they'll keep nicely for up to 3 months.

Can I freeze my Raw Goodness?
Yes! Our products can be frozen for up to 4 months. In fact, many of our customers like to order their Raw Goodness in bulk and store it in the freezer to have a quick, healthy, sweet treat on hand at all times. When you're ready to eat a piece, just pop it out of the freezer to defrost at room temp for 10 minutes.
