Chocolate Bark 2
INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Coconut oil melted

1/2 Cup Pure maple syrup

1/2 Cup Cacao powder

Dash of Vanilla extract
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl using a whisk or in a food processor.
- Line a small tray with baking paper and pour the chocolate mixture in.
- Sprinkle with your choice of topping eg. coconut, nuts, seeds, cranberries, dried freeze raspberries etc.
- Freeze for 1 hour, then chop roughly into bark pieces. Enjoy!
