Chocolate Bark 2

  • 1 Cup Coconut oil melted

  • 1/2 Cup Pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 Cup Cacao powder

  • Dash of Vanilla extract


  • Mix all ingredients well in a bowl using a whisk or in a food processor.
  • Line a small tray with baking paper and pour the chocolate mixture in.
  • Sprinkle with your choice of topping eg. coconut, nuts, seeds, cranberries, dried freeze raspberries etc.    
  • Freeze for 1 hour, then chop roughly into bark pieces. Enjoy!
