Chocolate Bark

1 Cup Coconut oil melted
1/2 Cup Pure maple syrup
1/2 Cup Cacao powder
Dash of Vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl using a wisk or in a food processor. Line a small tray with baking paper and pour chocolate mixture in. Sprinkle with your choice of topping eg. coconut, nuts, seeds, cranberries, dried freeze raspberries etc.    Freeze for 1 hour, then chop roughly into bark pieces. Enjoy!
